Senior Hospital Pharmacist — Clinical Leader (Band 7/8a)

Your World Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Band 7/8a Pharmacist to join a busy hospital on a locum basis. Hours are 29.89 per week, Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00, in a hospital setting in the UK.

You will deliver a patient-centred clinical pharmacy service across multiple specialties, including medicines reconciliation, screening, optimisation and safe prescribing. You’ll support discharge and care transfers and contribute to governance, audits and guideline development while mentoring
