Female Care Assistant

This position is designed for care assistants who are able to travel between clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Companionship: Offering social interaction and emotional support to promote well‑being and reduce loneliness.
• Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and preferences.
• Medication Support: Assisting with medication reminders and administration in accordance with care plans.
• Light Housekeeping: Supporting with household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities where required.
• Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Pay & Benefits

• £15.00 per hour
• Enhanced Bank Holiday Rates (1.5x to 2.0x)
• Paid Mileage: 40p per mile
