Senior/Lead Project Manager | £90,000–£120,000 | Central London

I’m partnering with a well-established London construction and refurbishment contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager.
The business offers the best of both worlds: the structure, reputation and project quality of a larger contractor, combined with the agility, personality and relationship-led culture of an independent firm.
Projects typically range from £1m to £10m+ and include listed buildings, museums, historic estates, conversions and high-end refurbishments, predominantly across Central London.
They are looking for someone who can:
• Lead complex projects from inception through to completion
• Take ownership of programme, quality, safety and commercial delivery
• Manage variations, risk and change with confidence
• Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and motivate project teams
• Bring energy, accountability and genuine pride in the work they deliver
You will ideally have a strong and stable career history, with clear progression gained within a respected contractor or consultancy environment.
Heritage or listed building experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Both trade-qualified and degree-qualified candidates will be considered.
Technical capability matters, but so do personality, consistency and long-term fit.
