Location: Manchester / Leeds/ Bristol (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to define and deliver enterprise-wide technology architecture across large-scale transformation programmes. You will develop target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and solution designs while ensuring alignment with business strategy and architectural standards. Working closely with engineering, platform, and delivery teams, you will provide architectural governance, support modern cloud and integration patterns, and drive Architecture as Code and composable architecture practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect within large, complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Experience designing hybrid cloud solutions, API-led and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of Architecture as Code, composable architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience producing architecture roadmaps, target-state models, and architecture decision records.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Services, Payments, Cards, Loans, or Data platforms is advantageous.
