Employment Lawyer (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) In-House role
Remote (UK)
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join an innovative, private equity-backed international company that is recognised as a leader in its field. The organisation is continuing to grow at pace and is looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working directly with the Global Head of Employment, you will become a trusted adviser to the business, providing commercially focused employment law advice across the UK while also supporting a broad range of cross-border matters throughout Europe. This is a role that offers genuine breadth and variety, with exposure to strategic projects, business partnering and international employment issues.
One of the key attractions of this opportunity is the chance to expand your international experience. The Global Head is passionate about mentoring and developing the successful candidate, making this an ideal role for an ambitious employment lawyer who is keen to broaden their expertise beyond the UK and gain greater exposure to European employment law.
We are seeking a UK-qualified employment lawyer with approximately 4–8 years’ PQE who combines strong technical ability with a pragmatic, commercial approach. You will enjoy working closely with stakeholders, thrive in a fast-moving environment and be excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a high-performing legal team.
The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK, with occasional travel as required for team meetings or business needs.
The preferred start date is September. The initial term is 12 months and, whilst there is potential for the role to be extended, this will depend on future business needs and investment plans.
If you are looking for a role that offers high-quality work, international exposure and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive leader, we would be delighted to hear from you.
