Customer Service Coordinator

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s busy operations team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll manage enquiries via phone and email, resolve operational issues, coordinate with internal teams, oversee customer accounts, and ensure excellent service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM and ticketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
