We are now seeking an experienced ContractsManager or Site Managerto oversee the execution of multiple small-scale construction sites across the South East
As the ContractsManager you will be a driven and organised professional ideallywith a background in windows and doors, double glazing or commercial glazing lookingto take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:
The contractsmanagerwill manage a select number of windows, and doorsinstallation projects, coupled with flood defence from start to finish
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Lead site planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements
Provide hands-on leadership, occasionally working on-site where required
Travel to site locations across the South East and South, which will include occassional nights away.
Requirements:
Minimum 3years of experience as a contractsmanager or sitemanagerwithin the construction, or glazing, or fenestration industry
Proven experience managing multiple small-scale construction sites simultaneously.
NVQ Level 5in Construction Site Management (or equivalent) would be a benefit, but not as essential as the application of common sense!
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams
