Field Operations Leader – 24/7 Waste & Utilities

Lanes Group PLC is seeking a Field Manager to lead a team of multi-skilled waste network service engineers at the Millbrook Depot in Hampshire. You will drive 24/7 reactive and planned operations with a focus on health and safety, performance and customer service.

You will report to the Regional Manager for the Hampshire Region, manage fleet and budgets, coordinate field engineers, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering high standards of operation and staff wellbeing.
