OD HR Consultant: Culture & Leadership (12m/6m)

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an HR Consultant (Organisational Development) to deliver people-focused OD initiatives on a fixed-term basis across two contracts (12 and 6 months) in Edinburgh.

You will work with Senior HR Consultants to design and measure the impact of our People Strategy, covering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance, Behaviours, Health and Wellbeing, Talent and Leadership. Commitment to an inclusive workforce is core to the role.
