Planner – New Build Housing & Appeals

Kitson Associates is seeking a Planner to join our growing residential development team delivering new homes across the East Midlands. You will be involved across the full planning lifecycle, from site appraisal through to delivery and appeals.

You should have a degree in Town Planning (RTPI preferred) and 2–4 years’ experience. Strong UK planning knowledge, report writing skills, and a full UK driving licence are essential.
