We’re currently handling some exciting opportunities for both Associate and Senior Associate level lawyers to join one of NI’s leading law firms within their highly regarded Construction team, Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a leading practice advising an impressive portfolio of developers, contractors, consultants, funders, employers and public sector clients on a broad range of complex and high-value construction matters.
We’re keen to speak with solicitors specialising in contentious construction, non-contentious construction, or those with experience spanning both disciplines.
For those with a non-contentious focus, you’ll advise on the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts and project documentation, supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
For contentious specialists, you’ll work on a wide range of construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation, advising clients on complex contractual and project-related issues.
These roles offer the opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists on market-leading matters while developing long-term client relationships and playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
What you’ll bring:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in either contentious, non-contentious or mixed construction law.
- Applications are welcomed from lawyers at Associate or Senior Associate level.
- Strong technical ability and excellent commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding client service.
- An interest in business development and contributing to the continued success of the team.
