As Membership Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with members, understanding their individual travel preferences and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.
The role
- Manage a portfolio of high-value members, acting as their primary relationship contact.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised service across every touchpoint.
- Understand members’ travel preferences, lifestyle and priorities to create a truly tailored experience.
- Build long-term engagement, loyalty and retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, private members’ clubs, lifestyle or another premium service environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- A naturally proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
