The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a variety of sites. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to keeping outdoor environments safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, strimming, and lawn care
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weeding, litter picking, and general site cleaning
- Carrying out a range of grounds maintenance tasks
- Operating power tools and horticultural equipment safely
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous grounds maintenance experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using tools such as strimmers, hedge trimmers, and mowers
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
