Electrical Supervisor Required Solar Farm ProjectWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on a large-scale solar farm installation project.Job DetailsDuration: 2 monthsHours: 10-hour shiftsSchedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising existing site operatives, monitoring productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard.Scope of WorkThe site team is carrying out LV termination and installation works on a 50MW solar project, including:Termination of cables into isolation boxes and invertersEarth connection installationsCable tray installationWorking with 300mm aluminium cablesRequirementsValid ECS/JIB Card (essential)Previous supervisory experience within electrical installation projectsExperience with LV terminations and similar electrical installation workStrong leadership and site coordination skillsSolar farm experience is advantageousInterested?If you are available and interested in this opportunity, please get in touch to discuss the role in more detail.
