The Role Electrician – Responsive Repairs Team

Join a responsive electrical maintenance team providing reactive and emergency electrical repairs across the South region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers’ homes remain safe, functional, and well maintained by delivering high-quality repairs and solutions right first time.

When customers report electrical issues within their homes, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing problems, carrying out repairs, and restoring services efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Complete a variety of electrical repairs and minor upgrade works. Carry out fault finding, repairs, replacement of electrical accessories, and small rewiring projects. Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Work independently to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Cover areas including Petersfield, Bordon, Alton, and Guildford, with work scheduled to minimise travel where possible. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations. About You

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of this role, so you’ll need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Essential Requirements Fully qualified Electrician (including NVQ and AM2). Experience using NICEIC certification software or similar systems. Full UK driving licence. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively. Desirable Experience working within social housing, property maintenance, or a similar customer-focused environment. What You’ll Receive

The role also includes participation in an on-call rota approximately every six weeks, with additional standby and call-out payments.
