Training Co-ordinator (Fixed Term)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in ensuring training compliance across our Lamb sites and supporting the successful implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).

What you’ll be doing

What you’ll be doing

• Auditing training records and identifying compliance gaps.
• Working with managers and subject matter experts to ensure mandatory training requirements are met.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of our new LMS.
• Building learning assignments, curricula and validation processes within the system.
• Producing reports and tracking progress against training objectives.
• Promoting engagement with the LMS and supporting managers to maximise its effectiveness.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and data management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to build effective working relationships across multiple sites.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
