Student Hub Team Leader — Campus Support Lead

University of Southampton is seeking a proactive Student Hub Team Leader to oversee the daily delivery of a high-quality, student-centred service. The role is campus-based with a 12:00 pm–8:00 pm shift, Monday to Friday, and involves travelling between Southampton campuses and Winchester School of Art.

You will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and use data to monitor performance and drive continuous service improvements.
