Engagement & Quality Improvement Lead

Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking an experienced Improvement Advisor to support health and social care services across Scotland in developing improved public engagement and volunteer practices. The role will help organisations redesign and continually improve services so that the needs of people using the services are central to the change process.
