M&E BIM Coordinator: Stage 5/6 Buildable Models

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an M&E BIM Coordinator (Building Services) for the Northern Construction business, based from the Leeds regional office. The role focuses on Stage 5 & 6 delivery, coordinating MEP models and ensuring they are buildable and aligned to site needs.

You’ll lead clash detection, work with designers and subcontractors, and manage data in common data environments such as BIM360. Experience in Revit MEP and Navisworks is essential.
