Events Ops Lead – Premium Hospitality, London Eye

Merlin is seeking an Events Operations Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our hospitality, private pod and events business at the London Eye. This fixed-term, full-time role reports to the Senior Hospitality Manager and requires evenings, weekends and bank holidays to support operations.

You will link Sales, Events, Hospitality and Operations to transform plans into seamless guest experiences, driving commercial success and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
