Senior FM Ops Manager – Infra Project (Hybrid)

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Hard and Soft FM delivery on a major UK infrastructure contract. You will drive performance, manage budgets and coach a large facilities team, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

In this senior role you’ll deploy NEC-based contract governance, build strong stakeholder relationships including Trade Unions, and deputise for the Account Director when required.
