Night Care Supervisor – Lead & Support Care Team

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Care Supervisor – Nights at Barnet Grange Care Home in Barnet to lead a small Care Services team. You will promote high quality person-centred care, monitor daily progress, and address concerns promptly, upholding Avery procedures to a high standard.

Successful candidates will have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a recognised medication administration qualification, plus experience in a Senior Care role.
