Cleaning Manager – Lead Team, Grow Skills, Flexible Hours

OCS is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to lead the cleaning team across our UK operations. You will supervise cleaning duties for floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms, while managing rotas, holidays, audits and recruitment. Training needs on-site will be identified and delivered, with records kept for compliance.

You’ll handle investigations and monitor supplies within budgeted levels. The role requires strong customer service, deadlines discipline, and flexibility in hours.
