Compassionate Claims Case Manager – Income Protection

Aviva is growing its Income Protection Claims Team and is seeking Claims Assessors to join us. You’ll manage a portfolio of claims cases, working with internal and external partners to support employers and employees.

By assessing claims, arranging treatment and providing telephony support, you will help to get the best outcome for the customer. You’ll support customers during difficult times—whether they’re off work, returning or facing long-term absence.
