Breakdown & Service Coordinator

Terberg DTS (UK) in Elland is seeking a Service Coordinator to support supervision of maintenance and repair activities, and to provide excellent customer service. You will log repair notifications, allocate field engineers, and keep customers updated on progress from a central in-house system.

The role requires coordinating with the service team, accurate documentation, and flexibly covering regional absence while assisting with administration for the service and admin teams as needed.
