Global Payroll Manager — UK & Europe

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate and compliant processing.

You will support month-end accounting, financial reporting, and continuous process improvements while acting as a payroll SME across Finance and HR teams. A strong accounting background and advanced Excel are essential.
