JLL Workplace Management is seeking a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join the team at Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with PPM schedules and site requirements.
You will perform carpentry, fire door maintenance, AHU servicing and general repairs while coordinating with sub-contractors and management to ensure high service standards. Shift pattern and health & safety are emphasized.
