Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead – Lean & Kaizen

Ethero is recruiting an experienced Team Leader for a permanent position in Telford. You will guide and support a team of associates to meet production targets, uphold Quality First principles, and maintain daily operations to run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, leadership qualifications (Level 3), and a proactive approach to lean methods. The role offers a 35,000 GBP annual salary (inclusive of shift allowances) with double day shifts, Monday to Friday.
