Senior Design Manager – Major 80m Student Accommodation (Hybrid, Surrey)

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Senior Design Manager for a major new build student accommodation project in Surrey. The role is freelance for a minimum 9 months, starting in the regional office and moving to a 4:1 site/office mix as the project progresses.

You will oversee design management with support from a Design Manager and a Document Controller, reporting to the Project Director and meeting regularly with the Regional Design Manager.
