Frailty Assessment Nurse (Band 5) – 7 Day Unit

NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group is recruiting a Band 5 registered nurse to join the frailty assessment unit and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach delivering care across ambulatory and in-patient settings.

The role involves providing compassionate geriatric care, adhering to the NMC code of conduct, and rotating between a 12-bed in-patient frailty unit and ambulatory frailty services on a 7-day service from 07:30 to 20:00.
