Estates Manager — Lead Maintenance, Projects & Compliance

Wolfson College, one of the University of Oxford’s largest graduate colleges, seeks an Estates Manager to lead planning and delivery of maintenance across a Grade II listed estate.

You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate contractors and drive high-quality PPM and reactive work while ensuring compliance with fire safety, asbestos and health & safety regulations. Permanent, full-time role in Oxford.
