Asset Manager – Hybrid, Nationwide Travel, Company Car

The Boden Group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to support a nationwide portfolio of facilities management contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining asset data, producing lifecycle plans, condition surveys and performance reports, and supporting contract mobilisations across multiple client sites.

This newly created role offers a high degree of autonomy, with hybrid working, UK travel and exposure to CAFM/EAM systems (IBM Maximo).
