Head of Credit Platform & Lending Strategy

Monzo is seeking a technical and strategic credit leader to own the Credit Platform. You will shape the shared infrastructure for lending strategies across UK and global markets and lead a team of five Credit Analysts.

You’ll partner with Credit, Engineering, Product, ML, Data and Risk to accelerate experimentation and improve decisioning, while representing Monzo’s platform to senior leaders.
