An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join a growing Technical Solutions business supporting a nationwide portfolio of FM contracts.
This is a newly created role offering plenty of autonomy, working across multiple client sites to manage asset data, lifecycle planning and contract mobilisation activities.
The Role
You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing and maintaining asset registers across multiple contractsProducing lifecycle plans, condition surveys and performance reportsSupporting new contract mobilisationsManaging asset verification and compliance projectsWorking with CAFM/EAM systems, including IBM MaximoBuilding strong relationships with operational teams and clients nationwideWhat We’re Looking ForMechanical or Electrical qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)Experience within Hard FM, Building Services or Technical Asset ManagementStrong understanding of PPM and asset lifecycle managementExperience with CAFM/EAM systems (IBM Maximo highly desirable)Experience supporting mobilisations or technical projectsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel
