Learner Transition & Wellbeing Coach

South Hampshire College Group is seeking Transition and Pastoral Support Coaches across the College Group (Southampton, Eastleigh and Fareham) to help learners thrive. You will deliver targeted transition, pastoral, wellbeing, behaviour and attendance support for vulnerable learners.

This term-time only role (38 weeks) offers opportunities to build strong relationships, support enrolment, and work with external agencies to promote wellbeing and learner engagement across the college group.
