Governance & Board Advisory Officer

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust seeks a proactive governance professional to support the Trust Secretary, Head of Corporate Governance and Corporate Governance Manager in establishing, maintaining and ensuring the Trust’s corporate governance function meets high standards and complies with all statutory and legislative requirements.

You will provide advice and support to the Trust Board and Executive committees, working groups and other bodies as assigned.
