Job Description:
Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering operations on Defence sites. You will supervise culinary and service teams, ensure exceptional food and service, and liaise with line managers to track KPIs.
The role requires at least two years in catering, Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong communication. Expect full-time hours (37.5 per week) with 50.2 weeks per year, and opportunities for progression within ESS.
