Senior Estimator – Lead Preconstruction (Up to £90k)

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the busy preconstruction team on a range of new build, refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects up to £20m. You will prepare cost plans, tenders and estimates, and lead estimating across multiple projects.

Based in Hertfordshire region with a strong reputation, the role involves collaboration with design, commercial and operations teams to secure competitive pricing and drive successful project wins.
