Head of Health & Safety — Building Safety Leader

Wagstaff Recruitment is assisting a rapidly growing high-end accommodation provider to appoint a Head of Health and Safety for its national estates. You will lead health, safety and building safety strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong safety culture across multiple sites.

The role requires 8–10 years of H&S management experience in property/facilities or multi-site environments, with deep knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022 and ISO 45001 implementation, maintenance, and audits.
