Lead Financial Services Recruiter (360, Hybrid)

La Fosse is seeking an experienced permanent recruiter to build and grow our Financial Services Change & Transformation practice. You’ll join a specialist team of two consultants, take ownership of the permanent desk, and leverage an existing client base to accelerate growth and momentum.

In this role you will partner with clients, identify opportunities, source high‑quality candidates, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, negotiate offers, and ensure a professional experience for both sides.
