The Work You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be handling a broad mix of private client matters including:
- Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates, including intestacies
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Advising on and administering LPAs
- (Optional) trust and deputyship work, if within your experience
The role is suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, can pick up work and run with it, and takes pride in delivering a supportive, professional service to clients.
Who We’re Looking For
- A solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with private client experience
- Open PQE – what matters most is your ability to handle matters with confidence
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A proactive and reliable approach, able to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
