Vet Surgeon Vacancy – 20 hours a week – Sheffield Area, Yorkshire (to £68K FTE)

We are NOW recruiting for a part time Vet Surgeon to join the team at a small animal veterinary hospital in the Sheffield Area, South Yorkshire

• excellent part time opportunity working 20 hours a week on 8-10 hour day shifts.
• practice is a busy fully equipped small animal veterinary hospital and is established, successful and growing with excellent facilities and up to date equipment.
• This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon confident in sole charge and willing to support recently graduated vets
• join a close knit, dedicated team of 7 Veterinary Surgeons with peripatetic orthopaedic surgeons and a cardiologist.
• Fantastic place to live and work! in the “outdoor city” of Sheffield in South Yorkshire with fantastic transport links and close to the stunning countryside of the Peak District.
• The post will require a UK driving license

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• confident in sole charge
• willing to support recently graduated vets
