Executive Director, All-Age Continuing Health Care

NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board is recruiting a Senior Director of All Age Continuing Health Care (CHC) at Band 9. This pivotal role leads CHC strategy, commissioning, transformation, and assurance across the system to deliver safe, person-centred care.

You will work across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland (LLR) to shape a shared operating model, ensure compliance with the NHS CHC National Framework, and drive service improvement with local authorities and partners.
