Inflo is seeking a Lead Performance Engineer to enable engineering teams to build scalable, performant systems by default. You will establish standards, tooling, and shared practices to test under realistic load and support ongoing growth.
You’ll design shared tooling for load testing, guide architecture with a performance lens, and embed performance validation in CI/CD. You’ll mentor teams and raise overall performance maturity across the engineering org.
