Lead Performance Testing Architect (SDET)

Vonage is seeking a Senior Backend Performance Engineer to define and lead the performance engineering strategy across high-availability, cloud-native platforms. You will mentor SDETs, build scalable performance frameworks, and drive production traffic replay and chaos testing.

You will own benchmarks and SLAs, collaborate with architecture and data teams, and integrate testing into CI/CD workflows using AWS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and observability tools.
