Senior Site Manager – New Build Residential

MCR Property Group in Bedford is seeking a Site Manager for a new-build residential project. You will lead the on-site team, ensure safety, manage quality, and coordinate programme delivery to meet project requirements.

The role requires CSCS Black Card with SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid at Work, plus residential experience with multi-storey low- to mid-rise schemes. CPD and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.
