Charity Shop Manager — Lead Volunteers & Drive Impact

Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the shop, delivering excellent customer service and managing donor interactions. You will recruit and coordinate volunteers, sort donations for the shop floor, and establish links with local businesses and community partners.
