An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a large and growing North West law firm (Manchester Office) renowned for its high-quality real estate work and genuinely people-first culture. The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Supporting development and investment transactions nationally
- Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and related documentation
- Managing your own caseload with strong partner support where needed
- Working closely with experienced lawyers on high-value and complex transactions
- Building strong client relationships within a well-established regional client base
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

- Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE)
- Strong grounding in general commercial real estate work
- Confident managing matters with increasing autonomy
