Chef de Partie — Own Your Section, Grow to Sous Chef

The Randolph Oxford, part of White Rabbit Hospitality, is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a section during busy services. You will work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to deliver high-quality plates, manage mise en place, and maintain food safety standards.

You will contribute to a kitchen that values excellence, teamwork and entrepreneurship, with clear progression paths toward senior roles and ongoing learning in a supportive environment.
