Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie — Evening Prep Pro

Center Parcs UK & Ireland Forest Longleat Forest is hiring a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join the Restaurant Runner team. You will prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

The role runs 2pm–10pm on a full-time basis with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. The position includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
